I really appreciate everyone who has liked and shared my posts over the last few weeks — thank you so much.
It is turning into a bit of a family venture, with everyone pitching in and supporting me. There has been so much going on behind the scenes, and there is still so much more to do, so every like, comment and share is a real encouragement.
Anyone who knows me knows I am genuinely passionate about helping people start a small business. Over the years I have loved helping friends get their start-ups off the ground. I enjoy seeing the spark in someone’s eyes as their passion starts to take shape, so I intend to carry on helping others — but it is so exciting to finally have a project of my own. I know it is all I have talked about for the past few months, but it really has become my baby. I have not felt this focused or excited in years.
My hope is that Montenegro Made Easy grows into something that genuinely helps people discover one of Europe’s hidden gems, while making travel feel more accessible and personal. I will be using this business to help as many other small businesses as possible along the way, and I also plan to donate a percentage of the profits from the upcoming book to ADHD UK, because ADHD has shaped so much of my own path.
As a mum, I hope this shows my children and grandchildren that it is never too late to follow your dreams, work hard and build something meaningful.
Montenegro is one of the most special places I have ever visited. It is still an up-and-coming destination, which makes now such an exciting time to discover it. If you visit before the crowds arrive, I think you will understand exactly why I fell in love with it.
